The ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) industry has continued to be on the rise in California and we are needing help with it! We are looking for an Advisor to work closely with our clients and builder in ensuring our clients receive the quality customer care they are accustomed to. Help clients navigate the process of qualifying their property to getting permits, reviewing construction plans and in some cases providing tenants for completed units.

Our Real Estate Advisor’s Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation & Property Tours
- Host property showings and guide prospective buyers through the sales process.
- Coordinate property inspections and transaction timelines in partnership with our Transaction Coordinator.
Administrative & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records and client notes within the CRM system.
- Adhere to Realtor® ethics and all Fair Housing regulations.
- Ensure smooth and compliant transactions with in-house Transaction Coordinator.
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Work with the your marketing team to maintain a strong online presence across social media platforms.
- Attend networking and community events to build relationships and grow your client base.
- Deliver exceptional service and communication throughout the client experience.
